You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

1.Cleanse & Tone
– Start with a freshly cleansed face and apply your toner or essence as usual.
2.Dispense a Small Amount
– Gently squeeze or pump a small amount of the eye serum (about the size of a grain of rice per eye).
3.Apply Around the Eyes
– Using your ring finger (the weakest finger, for gentle pressure) or the CoolTouch applicator, dab the serum around the eye contour:
Under the eyes
Outer corners (crow’s feet area)
Over the brow bone (not on eyelids)
4.Massage Gently
– With the CoolTouch metal applicator or your fingertip, gently massage in small, circular motions to help absorption and reduce puffiness.
5.Use Twice Daily
– Apply in the morning and evening for best results.
