You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

1.Shake the bottle gently before use to ensure the ingredients are well mixed.
2.Pour a sufficient amount of the micellar water onto a cotton pad until it’s damp but not dripping.
3.Gently wipe the cotton pad across your face, including your eyes and lips, to remove makeup, dirt, and impurities.
4.For stubborn or waterproof makeup, hold the soaked cotton pad on the area for a few seconds to help dissolve the product before wiping away.
5.Repeat if necessary with a fresh cotton pad until your skin feels clean.
6.No need to rinse afterward, but if you prefer, you can follow with your regular facial cleanser.
7.Follow up with your usual skincare routine, such as toner, serum, moisturizer, and sunscreen if it’s daytime.2
